Is the bathroom design consultation free?
Yes, it’s completely free with no obligation to buy. It’s a 60-minute, one-on-one session with an Eos design consultant at our Moorabbin or Mornington showroom.
What do I get from a bathroom design consultation?
You’ll leave with a product list, pricing, design ideas and a clear plan for your bathroom, with a detailed quote to follow. Our consultants also cover the details most people don’t think of until it’s too late.
How long does the consultation take?
Each consultation runs for 60 minutes. You’re welcome to keep browsing the showroom afterwards, and our team will still be there to help.
Where are your showrooms?
Eos Bathware has two Melbourne showrooms. Our Moorabbin showroom at 10–12 Bibby Court serves Bentleigh, Cheltenham, Hampton, Brighton, Mordialloc and surrounding suburbs. Our Mornington showroom at 3/161 Mornington-Tyabb Road serves the Mornington Peninsula, including Mount Martha, Mount Eliza, Frankston, Dromana, Rosebud, Somerville and Hastings. Mornington also has a full bathroom tile selection.
Do I have to buy from Eos after my consultation?
No. There’s no obligation to buy. Your consultation is designed to give you clarity and confidence, whatever you decide.
Do you install bathrooms or manage renovations?
No, Eos supplies bathroom products and design guidance, not installation. We work closely with your builder, plumber or designer, and coordinate deliveries to line up with your trades.
What happens after I order?
We stay with you. Our team keeps you updated, helps with any changes as surprises come up, and coordinates delivery so products arrive when your trades need them.
Can I bring my partner or builder?
Yes. When booking, you can add another person’s email so they receive the details and calendar invite too.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring whatever you have: inspiration photos, room measurements including ceiling height, photos of your current bathroom, or building plans. If you’re just starting out, come as you are and we’ll help you get started.
Is a design consultation useful for a new build?
Yes. It’s ideal for new builds, as you can plan fixtures for every bathroom, ensuite and powder room in one session, before your builder needs final selections.
Can I have a consultation online or over the phone?
Design consultations are held in our showrooms, so you can see and feel the products in person. If you’d just like a quick chat first, call either showroom, no booking needed.
When should I book a design consultation?
Ideally early in your planning, before your builder or plumber needs final selections. That gives you time to make confident decisions without rushing.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Your confirmation email includes a link to reschedule or cancel. You can also call your showroom directly.
