Delivery Terms

At Eos Bathware, we aim to make your delivery experience smooth and stress-free. We deliver Australia-wide and will always do our best to get your order to you on time and in perfect condition. If your location is outside our usual delivery routes, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative method that works best. 

Changing Your Delivery Address 

If you need to update your delivery address, please email your store of purchase at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. This gives us time to make the necessary changes and avoid any delays. 

What Happens If You're Not Home? 

We understand life is busy, so if no one is available to accept your delivery: 

• Our driver may leave your order in a safe location, at their discretion

• If it’s not safe, or items are too heavy to be unloaded safely, your items may be returned to our warehouse and you may incur an extra fee for the return 

For best results, we recommend ensuring someone is on-site to receive and sign for your goods. 

Next Day Delivery 

Need it fast? We offer next business day delivery on in-stock items — just make sure you place your order before 12 noon (AEST) on the previous business day. 

Delivery Methods 

Depending on the size of your order and your location, we may deliver using: 

• Our own Eos Bathware drivers 

• Our trusted courier partners 

• Australia Post 

In most cases, a signature is required. If delivery is attempted and no one is available: 

• Couriers may return the goods to our warehouse 

• Australia Post will leave a card, and your items will be available for collection at your local post office 

Please note: redelivery fees may apply if a second trip is required. 

Receiving Your Order 

When your order arrives: 

• Please inspect all items straight away 

• Sign the delivery slip only once everything is accounted for 

Once signed, the delivery is considered complete and Eos Bathware cannot take responsibility for missing or damaged goods. 

Delivery Reminders 

Our Sales team will usually give you a reminder call before the scheduled delivery date. This is a courtesy call only, and all delivery conditions remain binding whether or not the call is made. 

Reporting Issues 

After delivery, you have up to 7 days to report any damage or suitability issues. Outside of this window, we may not be able to assist — so it’s best to check your items as soon as they arrive.
