Warranty, Returns & Refunds 

At Eos Bathware, we want you to love every item you purchase. Whether it’s a change of mind or a warranty issue, we’re here to help you through the process smoothly and fairly. 

Change of Mind Returns 

If you need to return an item purchased online or in-store, we’ll gladly offer a credit, exchange or refund (excluding shipping & handling) within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is: 

  • In saleable condition 
  • Uninstalled and unused 
  • In its original and undamaged packaging (both internal and external) 

Please note: 

  • Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery 
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable 
  • Returns must be delivered back to the original store of purchase 
  • We can assist with collection if needed (fees apply) 
  • If you do not exchange the item at time of return, a 15% restocking fee applies 
  • Items will be inspected before credit or refund is processed 
  • Clearance items and floor stock are final sale – non-refundable and non-exchangeable 

Made-to-Order Products 

Some of our products are custom-made or cut, or made-to-order, including items with specific finishes, sizes, or configurations. 

Please be aware: 

  • These items cannot be returned for change of mind 
  • Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded 

We encourage you to confirm all specifications, finishes, and production timelines before placing your order. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to assist. 

Before You Install 

All products are delivered as per invoice. 
Please check your order in full before installation. Eos Bathware does not accept responsibility for incorrect items once they have been installed or attempted to be installed. 

We’re happy to provide product specifications upon request, and we strongly recommend reviewing these with the appropriate tradespeople before opening any packaging to ensure the product suits your requirements. 

Warranty Information 

Our products are backed by Australian Consumer Law and manufacturer warranties. If a product fails to meet expectations, we’ll repair, replace or refund it — at no cost to you — as long as: 

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery, and 
  • The product is: 
    • Faulty or defective 
    • Not as described 
    • Different from a sample or demo 
    • Not fit for purpose 
    • Manufacturer Warranties 

Warranty coverage varies by product. For full details on individual items, refer to the product page. 

Quick Warranty Notes: 

  • We cover faults due to defects in materials or workmanship 
  • We reserve the right to assess and determine whether repair, replacement or service is appropriate 
  • Manufacturer’s determination on warranty is final 

⚠️ If the issue is due to incorrect installation, service charges will apply and must be paid directly to the tradesperson before completion of the claim. 

Warranty Exclusions 

Warranties do not cover: 

  • Misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper installation 
  • Modifications or alterations affecting product performance 
  • Water pressure issues exceeding 500kPa (AS/NZS 3500 standard) 
  • Faults caused by debris in the water supply, such as: 
    • Copper shavings 
    • Sand, dirt, stones 
    • Thread tape or other foreign objects 
  • Clearance items and floor stock sold ‘as is’ — visible defects at time of sale are excludeShape 

Goods Damaged in Transit 

If your items arrive damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. 
We’ll arrange for return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
